Role Description

TIS is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the Company’s Procurement, Expediting and Stores functions. The role is responsible for ensuring materials, equipment and services are sourced, purchased, expedited, received and controlled in a timely, cost-effective and compliant manner to support TIS operations, projects and client requirements. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial judgement, supplier-management capability, operational awareness and the ability to build disciplined, efficient Supply Chain systems in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Procurement, Expediting and Stores teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from approved requisition through sourcing, purchase order, delivery and close-out.
  • Manage supplier performance, commercial negotiations and strategic sourcing opportunities.
  • Oversee local and international order expediting, imports, freight and customs coordination.
  • Provide oversight of Stores and inventory management, including stock control, availability and reconciliation.
  • Monitor Supply Chain costs, budgets, supplier commitments and key performance indicators.
  • Identify supply, inventory and vendor risks that may affect operations or project delivery and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and improve Supply Chain policies, processes, systems and internal controls.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, HSEQ, Projects and other departments to support business priorities.
  • Use data, ERP systems and management reporting to improve visibility, efficiency and decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum seven (7) years’ progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, expediting or inventory management.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Professional certification such as CIPS, CSCP, CPSM or equivalent would be an asset.
  • Experience within the oil and gas, industrial, construction, manufacturing or project-services sector would be an asset.
  • Experience with ERP, procurement or inventory-management systems is preferred.

Role Description

TIS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance and upkeep of the Company’s fleet, operational equipment and facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring vehicles, equipment, buildings and supporting infrastructure remain safe, reliable and available to meet the needs of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical judgement, planning discipline and a service-oriented mindset. The Maintenance Coordinator will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with departments across TIS to ensure maintenance requirements are addressed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective and routine maintenance across Company vehicles, trucks, equipment and facilities.
  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary maintenance team, including mechanics, electricians, construction personnel, cleaners and groundskeepers.
  • Prioritize maintenance requests based on safety, urgency and operational impact.
  • Coordinate servicing, repairs, inspections and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruption.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of offices, workshops, warehouses, yards and other Company facilities.
  • Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general building maintenance as required.
  • Manage external contractors and specialist service providers where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, service histories, work orders and related documentation.
  • Monitor recurring equipment or facility issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Work closely with Logistics, Planning, Stores, Procurement, HSEQ and other operational teams to support business requirements.
  • Monitor maintenance costs, contractor performance and resource requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of maintenance systems, standards and service delivery.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Maintenance Management, Construction Management or a related technical field.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant technical qualifications and practical experience may be considered.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience in fleet, equipment, facilities or industrial maintenance.
  • Previous supervisory or coordination experience is required.
  • Experience leading multi-trade teams and managing external contractors would be an asset.
  • Experience in an industrial, energy, construction, marine or offshore environment would be beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s permit and ability to travel between Company locations as required.

Role Description

TIS is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead the Company’s centralized planning and resource management function. The role is responsible for coordinating workforce demand and deployment across multiple Business Units, projects and client assignments, ensuring the right resources are available at the right time to support safe, efficient and commercially responsible operations. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong operational judgement, forward planning, data discipline and the ability to work effectively across a fast-paced, project-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the Planning and Resource Management function and establish clear planning priorities and standards.
  • Coordinate workforce planning and deployment across Business Units, projects, shutdowns and operational assignments.
  • Maintain forward visibility of workforce demand, availability, utilization and resource constraints.
  • Match personnel to operational requirements based on competence, certification, availability and business priorities.
  • Work closely with Operations, Projects, HR, HSEQ, Logistics, Maintenance and other teams to support effective mobilization and execution.
  • Identify resource gaps, scheduling conflicts and operational risks early and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate planning data, workforce records, schedules, forecasts and management reports.
  • Use ERP and digital planning systems to improve visibility, reporting and decision-making.
  • Monitor planned versus actual performance and identify opportunities to improve utilization, efficiency and cost control.
  • Support major projects, shutdowns, turnarounds and other periods of high operational demand.
  • Lead, coach and develop members of the Planning team.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Formal training or certification in planning, scheduling or project management would be an asset.
  • Minimum ten (10) years’ relevant experience in planning, scheduling, operations or project coordination, including supervisory or team-lead responsibility.
  • Experience within industrial services, energy, construction, maintenance, inspection or another project-based environment would be an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience with workforce planning, scheduling, ERP systems, reporting and data analysis.

We are seeking proactive and dedicated HSE Professionals to join our dynamic team that will be based at on client’s site. This position will be crucial for the maintenance of a robust health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. As a key contributor to on-site operations, the HSE Advisor will work collaboratively with teams to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and promote a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance while fostering operational excellence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and procedures to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and propose corrective actions.
  • Reporting of all incidents, lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Provide HSE training and awareness to staff, ensuring a deep understanding of safety protocols applications.
  • Maintain records and reports related to safety, health, and environmental compliance.
  • Collaborate with project and team leads to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Provide guidance with up to date with HSE laws and regulations, ensuring all processes align with industry best practices.
  • Identify and minimize on-site risks, ensuring all hazards are properly addressed and controlled.
  • Develop and communicate safety alerts based on incidents to prevent recurrences.
  • Support the site Emergency Response Plan by ensuring team training, readiness, and regular emergency drills.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a process or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successful HSE program implementation and incident management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proven experience managing HSEQ for high-risk onsite operations, with knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
  • Practical knowledge of site-specific safety challenges, including confined spaces, heavy machinery, and hazardous materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, training, and on-site interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and software tools for site auditing and documentation.
  • Mental and physical fitness with ability to meet the demands of site work will be favourable.

This flagship program provides everything that is required for companies to perform inspections on their cranes in-house and independent third-party inspectors, both needing to meet OSHA and ASME Inspector qualification requirements. The goal is to educate and prepare inspectors of mobile cranes on how to reduce the potential for accidents, liability exposure, and OSHA citations.
